Co-Pay Policy

Your co-pay is due at time of service being rendered by Butler Pediatrics. We accept the following forms of payment for your co-pay portion:

• Cash
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards
• Personal Checks (with current & valid State I.D.)
*Please note checks that are returned are subject to a $25 fee
